Requests for refunds based on quality are evaluated by our specialists and processed within fourteen days; all other refund requests are processed within three to four business days after the order was canceled/completed.

I want to cancel my order

We refund 100% if you cancel your order before we assign a writer. If a writer has been assigned and the order progress bar at the top of your order page confirms it, the reimbursement amount depends on your deadline. If half the period has elapsed, you can get a 70% refund, and 50% after that. This is because the writer who starts your assignment should be paid for work done.

Contact our Support Team as soon as possible by phone or Live Chat if you need to cancel the order, and then verify the cancellation with a message on the relevant order page. This is the quickest way for us to process your request.

Please note that canceling an order after the paper has been written and submitted to your order page is not possible. You can only get a refund if there were serious issues with the paper’s quality, if it wasn’t delivered on time, or if it wasn’t sent at all.

If you haven’t downloaded the paper yet and the reasons for canceling the transaction were beyond your control, you may be eligible for a refund of up to 30%.

I paid for one order twice

If you have been charged twice and have received two receipts from the payment processing system, please contact us immediately. Send both receipts to our email address, and the excess payment will be refunded in full as soon as possible.

I accidentally placed two identical orders

If you unintentionally place two identical orders, please get in touch with us right away so we can figure out what happened before processing both orders. It is your duty to cancel any additional orders before we assign a writer to your purchase. If you don’t get in touch, your orders will be handled like ordinary orders, and the usual refund policies will be followed.

No writer was found to work on my order

We make every effort to assign the most qualified writer to your paper; however, it is possible that, on occasion, the writer cannot be reached. If this occurs, you will receive a full refund.

If you request a revision for a completed paper be done by a different writer and no suitable writer can be found, our Dispute Resolution Specialist will evaluate your claim and issue a refund if acceptable.

My paper was late

You cannot request a lateness refund if the delay was caused by your delayed upload of additional materials.  When placing the order, please make sure that all paper requirements and supplementary materials are provided.

If, for some reason, the first draft of a paper is submitted past the stated deadline, you may request a recalculation of the order price based on the new delivery date. For instance, an 8-hour delivery paper that was completed one hour late will fall under the 24-hour deadline category and ought to cost less. The price difference is refunded.  On request, we will refund 7% if a long-term order (11-14 days or longer) is delivered late.

If the first draft of your paper is late and you don’t approve of it, you can get a full refund because you might no longer need the paper.

All requests for lateness refunds must be made in writing via a note on your individual order page within 14 days of the paper’s delivery.

The revision of my paper was late

Refunds for lateness and recalculating prices don’t apply to revisions because each revision’s deadline is set separately.

Make sure that your writer has enough time to finish your order. For instance, if your assignment is due in a week, set a 5 days deadline to give time for any potential revisions.

I am not fully satisfied with the quality of the paper. However, I accept it and will revise it myself. I request a partial refund.

You have the option of requesting a free revision in the event that you are not entirely content with the standard of the paper that was sent to you, or you can request that a different writer be assigned to work on your order. You also have the option of submitting a request for a partial refund by going to your personal order page, clicking the “Refund” button, and selecting the option that reads “I am not fully satisfied with the quality of the paper. Nevertheless, I will accept it and make the necessary changes myself. I request a partial return”.

This option immediately gives you the document in MS Word. You have 14 days to defend your assertion with convincing explanations and examples or your own improved version of our document. After that, the Dispute Department may refund 40%. After approving the final order, contact our support staff through chat, phone, or your order page to seek a partial refund.

If you do not supply the information required for the resolution of the claim within 14 days, the dispute will be canceled, after which there will be no possibility of a refund.

All requests for a partial refund must be submitted using the “Refund” button on your personal order page within 14 days of the paper’s approval.

I am completely dissatisfied with the quality of the paper, so I have decided to write it myself. I request a full refund.

If you are totally dissatisfied with the quality of your paper, you may request a free revision or a different writer be assigned to your order. If you have not yet approved the paper, you can request a complete reimbursement by clicking the “Refund” button on your order page and selecting “I am totally dissatisfied with the quality of the paper, and therefore have decided to write it myself. I request a complete refund”.

If you select this option, the paper we write for you will be put online and used for profit right away. After then, you’ll have 14 days to prove your case with substantial evidence. If you feel that our writer’s work falls short of your requirements in any way, you can provide additional evidence by uploading a copy of your draft. After we’ve reviewed the paper you’ve provided, we shred it and don’t keep a copy or share it with anyone. As soon as you do that, the Dispute Department may issue a refund of up to 100% in their discretion.

Failure to supply the necessary information to resolve the dispute within 14 days, the dispute will be canceled and there will be no refund provided.

The company maintains the right to post the paper online for commercial use in the event of a full refund request. We don’t maintain any sort of essay databases, and by “Publish Online,” we mean that if the essay is searched for using a search engine, google, or any other anti-plagiarism tool, it links back to our site. It may also be used as content or a sample essay for publication. This is carried out to safeguard our writers’ work in the event that a client requests a refund after the paper has been finished and used.

Customers have the option to check their order and, if necessary, request for extra revisions. However, you cannot ask for a full refund once you click the “Approve order” button, which gives you access to an editable and printed version of the paper. I would like to receive a refund for an additional service/feature

Progressive Delivery order
For orders using Progressive Delivery, the revision request deadline is restricted to 21 days after initial approval. After clicking “Approve part” in Progressive Delivery and proceeding to the next section of your order, you are unable to ask for a refund for the already approved part.

You can only receive a refund for the section of the order that was delivered most recently. Once we begin working on the next section of the order, all previously approved sections become non-refundable. The 10% fee for Progressive Delivery is non-refundable.

Samples service
Please double-check the samples on time, since the $5 fee for our Writer’s sample service is non-refundable. If you don’t ask for a new writer within the specified time frame, we’ll assume you’re fine with the one we assigned.

Writer’s category

In the event that the premium-priced advanced or ENL (English as a Native Language) writer you requested is unavailable, your purchase will be allocated to a writer from the next-highest available category (in this example, Best Available) and the difference in price will be refunded to you.

A copy of the sources used
Once the copies of the sources are sent with your paper, the additional cost you pay for this service is non-refundable. If for whatever reason they were not made available at the time of delivery, the money will be reimbursed.

I received my completed paper, but forgot to approve it

It’s important to note that that you have 14 days to authorize the order (or order part for orders with Progressive Delivery feature). The moment the latest version is published to your specific order page, the time for approval begins to be automatically calculated. Within 14 days, if you don’t request a revision or approve your order (or order section), the system will automatically approve the document. You have 14 days to ask for a refund after the order has been approved (by you or the system). After then, refund requests are not accepted.
